1. Who we are

Fuller Origin is an independent digital studio based in the United Kingdom. For the personal information described in this notice, Fuller Origin is the data controller.

You can contact us at hello@fullerorigin.co.uk.

2. What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide:

  • your name and email address;
  • your town, city or local area;
  • your business or project name, if supplied;
  • the type of service you are interested in;
  • the contents of your message; and
  • a record of when you confirmed that you had read this notice.

Our server also creates a short-lived, pseudonymous visitor value from your IP address and browser information to prevent repeated automated submissions. We do not store the raw IP address in the enquiry record.

3. Why we use your information

We use enquiry information to receive your message, send a confirmation, respond to you, understand what support you may need and keep an appropriate record of the conversation.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating our business and responding to genuine enquiries. Where your enquiry asks us to take steps before entering into a contract, we may also process the information because it is necessary to take those steps at your request.

We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing and we do not make solely automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Website analytics

We use privacy-friendly, server-side analytics to understand broad website usage. It records the time of a visit, device category and referring website hostname. A changing pseudonymous value helps estimate daily visitors. Raw IP addresses are not written to the analytics database.

This website does not use advertising, behavioural-tracking or analytics cookies. Our lawful basis for these limited measurements is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website and protecting it from abuse.

5. Who receives your information

Personal information and the ideas or concepts included in your enquiry are accessible only to the Fuller Origin team members who need them to review and respond to you. We treat app ideas, business concepts and early plans shared through the form as confidential.

We use trusted hosting and email infrastructure providers, including Hostinger, which process information on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or to prevent fraud and misuse.

If a service provider processes information outside the UK, we require an appropriate legal safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual protections.

We do not sell personal information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer and manage the enquiry, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We periodically review records and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed.

Analytics records are retained only while they remain useful for understanding website performance and security, after which they are deleted or reduced to non-identifying totals.

7. How we protect it

We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected administration areas and restricted server permissions. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take proportionate technical and organisational measures to reduce risk.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you the right to:

  • ask for a copy of your personal information;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • ask us to delete or restrict our use of information;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
  • receive certain information in a portable format.
Your right to object

You may object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests. We will consider your circumstances and stop processing unless we have compelling legitimate grounds or need the information for legal claims.

To exercise a right, email hello@fullerorigin.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Questions and complaints

Please contact us first if you have a question or concern so we can try to resolve it.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or call 0303 123 1113.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The latest version and its update date will always appear on this page.
